Tradescantia ‘Unicorn’ is a striking hybrid featuring creamy pink and silvery-green variegated foliage, occasionally highlighted by soft yellow streaks.
This variety is part of a group of white-flowered Tradescantia hybrids with an unclear heritage, frequently mistaken for Tradescantia fluminensis or T. albiflora.
Its trailing and creeping growth habit allows it to root along the stems easily, making it perfect for indoor spaces where regular pruning helps keep it neat and compact. Enhance your home with this charming and adaptable plant.
Thrives in bright to medium light. Water well and then allow it to dry out a little before re-watering. Feed with weak solution in summer. Prefers some humidity – mist every so often.
Please note: The semi-succulent leaves of Tradescantia ‘Unicorn’ are delicate and may occasionally experience minor leaf drop or slight damage in transit. This won’t affect the plant’s health or ability to thrive and new growth will quickly replace any affected leaves.
