Carefully packed and sent using a tracked Royal Mail service. Delivered in 1–3 working days. Excludes Northern Ireland.

Local Hand Delivery (Edinburgh)
Our Local Hand Delivery service is used for large plants, terrariums and other delicate items that require special handling.
Items suitable for shipping by Royal Mail will be sent using our standard delivery service. Please only select Local Hand Delivery for products marked "Local Delivery Only".
Available to postcodes EH1–EH22, EH28 and EH29.
Delivery fee: £7.95 per order
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. You'll be asked to select a delivery date at checkout, up to 7 days in advance. We are unable to offer timed delivery slots.
Next working day delivery is available for orders placed before 3pm.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is present at the delivery address, a redelivery charge of £7.95 will apply.
Click & Collect
Free collection is available from our St Vincent Street plant shop (EH3 6SH).
Orders are usually ready within one hour. You can choose your collection date at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for damage once items have been successfully delivered.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. As we often begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed, this window can be very limited.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please email hello@growurban.uk as soon as possible, quoting your order number. We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests will be successful.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we reserve the right to issue a full refund. You will be notified as soon as possible if this happens.
