Shipping policy

• Delivery Fees:
  Orders under £15 = £6.95
  Orders over £15 = £4.95
  Orders over £50 = FREE
  
  
• Tracked UK Shipping (Excludes Northern Ireland. Delivered in 1 to 3 working days).
  
  
• Local Delivery to the following postcodes: EH1 to EH22, plus EH28 and EH29. Hand delivered within 1 to 3 working days between 9am to 5pm.
  

Collections / Pickups

• We offer pickup from our St. Vincent Street plant shop (EH3 6SH) and aim to prepare orders for collection within one hour after the order is placed. You will be given the option of collection date upon checkout.

Delivery Information

• Please ensure that the recipient will be at the delivery address at the time of delivery, if we are unable to deliver because the recipient is not at the delivery address a re-delivery fee may be charged.
  
  
• We cannot be held responsible for any damages once the items have been delivered.

Cancellations

• You may cancel your delivery order for a full refund up until 10am the day before delivery and you must notify us by email at hello@growurban.uk if you wish to cancel.
  
  
• In the very unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil an order, we retain the right to refund. We will notify you if there is any reason for this.
