Monstera siltepecana, often known as the Silver Monstera, is a rare and eye-catching trailing houseplant native to the tropical rainforests of Central and South America. It features elegant, lance-shaped leaves with a striking silvery sheen and contrasting deep green veining.
As the plant matures and climbs, the foliage can develop natural fenestrations (splits), adding even more texture and interest over time.
Light: Prefers bright, indirect light.
Watering: Water thoroughly, allowing the top inch or two of soil to dry out between waterings.
Humidity: Thrives in a warm, humid environment — occasional misting will encourage healthy growth.
Feeding: Apply a balanced liquid feed every few weeks during the growing season.
