Epipremnum aureum, commonly known as Golden Pothos or Devil’s Ivy, is one of the easiest and most rewarding indoor plants to grow. Its glossy, heart-shaped green leaves are splashed with golden variegation, adding a touch of tropical vibrancy to any room.
This fast-growing trailing plant is a natural air purifier and thrives in a range of light conditions, from bright indirect light to partial shade. It can be left to cascade beautifully from its hanging pot or trained up a coir pole for a fuller, climbing display.
Native to the tropical forests of Polynesia, Epipremnum aureum is part of the Araceae family and is loved for its resilience and low-maintenance nature — ideal for beginners and experienced plant owners alike.

Care Instructions
Light
Prefers indirect bright light but can tolerate a shadier spot in your home where it will grow more slowly. Too much direct sunlight can result in scorched leaves.
Water
Water thoroughly, then allow the top two inches of compost to dry before rewatering. Over-watering will cause root rot. If in a shady area, water less and ensure the plant doesn't get cold.
Food
Feed every second time you water through spring and summer with a quality liquid plant food. There is no need to feed this plant in winter.
Humidity
This plant enjoys humidity. Place in a bathroom and/or mist every so often with water. Remove dust from the leaves with a damp cloth to improve photosynthesis.
