Zamioculcas zamiifolia ‘Zenzi’ is a compact cultivar of the classic ZZ Plant, loved for its thick, sculptural stems and tightly curled, glossy dark green leaves. This larger specimen creates a bold architectural houseplant that brings structure and depth to modern interiors.
Unlike the taller standard ZZ Plant, Zenzi grows in a dense, compact form with beautifully layered foliage, making it perfect for sideboards, plant stands or floor displays where its sculptural shape can be appreciated.
Native to eastern Africa, the ZZ Plant is famous for being one of the easiest houseplants to grow. Its thick leaves and underground rhizomes store water, allowing the plant to tolerate lower light levels, dry indoor air and occasional neglect.
Light: Bright indirect light to low light. Avoid strong direct sunlight.
Watering: Allow the soil to dry out before watering again.
Feeding: Feed monthly during spring and summer with a balanced houseplant fertiliser.
Care Level: Very easy
