Super Crushed Whelk Shells by Shell On Earth are an extra-fine decorative shell mulch made from recycled, washed and dried whelk shells. Their smaller particle size makes them ideal for top dressing houseplants, terrariums, bonsai and succulent displays, creating a clean, natural finish.
As well as looking beautiful, these natural shells can help improve soil drainage and airflow when mixed into compost. They are particularly suited to cacti, succulents, bonsai and most houseplants, but can also be used outdoors in containers, borders and garden beds.
