Sansevieria ‘Futura Superba’

Sansevieria Futura Superba is a compact form of Snake Plant with broad, upright leaves patterned in deep green, silver-green and edged with soft golden yellow. Its strong, sculptural shape makes it a brilliant choice for adding structure to a shelf, desk, bedside table or darker corner of the home.

This is one of the easiest houseplants to care for, making it ideal for beginners, busy plant owners or anyone who prefers a plant that does not need constant attention. It is very tolerant of lower light levels, although it will grow best in bright, indirect light.

Allow the compost to dry out fully between waterings, then water thoroughly and let any excess drain away. Reduce watering in winter and avoid letting the plant sit in wet compost. Feed every few weeks during spring and summer.

Sansevieria prefer to be slightly root-bound, so there is no need to repot regularly. Their upright leaves also make them a useful choice where space is limited.
