Create a tasty crop of Rhubarb in your garden by planting out your own this spring for a superb summer harvest. A hardy perennial with red stems and large green leaves, which could grow up to 1.5m in width and live for many years. It requires plenty of space so is perfect for beds and borders!

Plant the crown so that it is fully submerged in the soil. Water after planting and keep hydrated when in growth. Only harvest up to one third of the stalks in Summer to let the plant become well established for the following year.
