Pilea 'Moon Valley', sometimes known as the Friendship Plant, is a striking foliage houseplant prized for its deeply textured leaves and unusual colouring. The crinkled green-bronze foliage is heavily ridged, creating a dramatic surface that resembles the craters and valleys of the moon, giving this plant its memorable name.
Native to Central and South America, Pilea 'Moon Valley' is a compact, easy-care houseplant that brings colour and texture to shelves, desks and windowsills. Like many Pilea varieties, it is considered pet friendly, making it a great choice for homes with cats and dogs.
This attractive plant thrives in bright, indirect light and appreciates consistent moisture. With the right care, it will develop into a lush, bushy specimen that adds character to any room.

• Position: Moderate to bright, indirect light
• Watering: Water when the top of the compost begins to dry out
• Humidity: Enjoys average to slightly higher humidity
• Feeding: Apply a liquid houseplant fertiliser every two weeks during spring and summer
• Avoid waterlogged compost and prolonged direct sunlight
