Philodendron 'Brasil' is one of the most popular trailing houseplants, loved for its beautiful heart-shaped leaves splashed with vibrant shades of emerald green and lime. Easy to grow and wonderfully forgiving, it's an excellent choice for beginners and experienced plant lovers alike.
This fast-growing Heartleaf Philodendron looks equally at home cascading from a shelf or hanging planter, or trained to climb a moss pole or trellis. Given the right conditions, its elegant trailing stems can quickly create a lush display of colourful foliage.
Place in bright, indirect light for the best variegation, although it will tolerate lower light levels. Water when the top few centimetres of compost have dried, avoiding prolonged soggy compost. Feed once a month during spring and summer to encourage healthy new growth.
