Beetle Peperomia
🚚 Free UK shipping on orders over £50 🪴
Peperomia angulata ‘Rocca Vivace’, commonly known as the Beetle Peperomia, is an attractive trailing houseplant with narrow green leaves marked by darker stripes and contrasting reddish stems. Its compact growth and gently cascading habit make it ideal for shelves, plant stands and hanging planters.
Native to the tropical forests of South America, Peperomias naturally grow beneath the forest canopy in warm, filtered light. ‘Rocca Vivace’ combines decorative foliage with an easy-going nature, making it a great choice for beginners as well as more experienced plant lovers.
Light & Position
Prefers bright, indirect light but will tolerate slightly lower light levels. Avoid strong direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves.
Watering
Allow the top few centimetres of compost to dry between waterings. Peperomias prefer being slightly on the dry side and should never be left sitting in water.
Care
Keep in a warm position away from cold draughts. Feed every four to six weeks during spring and summer with a diluted houseplant fertiliser.
