Oxalis 'Plum Crazy'

Oxalis ‘Plum Crazy’ is a beautiful and unusual houseplant with striking purple leaves splashed with pink variegation. Compact and eye-catching, it adds colour, movement and personality to shelves, desks and bright windowsills.

The delicate leaves open and close with the light, folding up in the evening and reopening in the morning. During the growing season, the plant produces cheerful bright yellow flowers that contrast beautifully with the dramatic foliage.

Unlike many Oxalis varieties, ‘Plum Crazy’ behaves more like a semi-succulent and can be easily propagated. It can be grown indoors year-round and moved outdoors in spring and summer.

Care Tips:
• Light: Medium to bright indirect light is ideal. A bright windowsill works well.
• Water: Water thoroughly, then allow the top of the soil to dry before watering again. Reduce watering in autumn and winter.
• Feed: Use a houseplant fertiliser monthly during the growing season.
• Seasonal rest: Growth may slow in winter, which is completely normal.
