Perfect for Phalaenopsis and many other orchid species and hybrids, the translucent sides allow gentle, filtered light to reach the roots, helping to replicate the way many orchids grow naturally. They also make it much easier to check root colour, moisture levels and overall plant health without disturbing the plant.
Healthy orchid roots are usually firm and green when hydrated, turning silvery-grey as they dry. Being able to see this clearly helps you judge when to water, reducing the risk of overwatering and supporting stronger, healthier growth.
Recommended by the International Phalaenopsis Alliance (UK), these pots are available in 13cm, 15cm, 17cm and 19cm diameters, making them ideal for repotting orchids at different stages of growth.
