Monstera deliciosa, commonly known as the Swiss Cheese Plant, is one of the world's most iconic houseplants. Loved for its large, glossy heart-shaped leaves and dramatic natural perforations, it brings an instant tropical feel to any home.

A true houseplant classic since the 1970s, Monstera develops increasingly large leaves with distinctive splits and holes, known as fenestrations, as it matures. In its natural habitat, it climbs through the rainforest using aerial roots, making it an excellent choice for growing up a moss pole or support.

Easy to care for and rewarding to grow, Monstera deliciosa thrives in bright, indirect light but will tolerate moderate shade. Given the right conditions, it can grow into a spectacular statement plant over time.
