Marimo Moss Ball in Glass Jar – a small, living detail that brings a sense of calm to your space.
Marimo are a rare, naturally spherical form of deep green algae (Cladophora aegagropila), found in freshwater lakes in Japan, Iceland and Northern Europe. Soft and velvety to the touch, they are often associated with good luck, love and longevity.
Presented in a simple glass jar, they work beautifully on shelves, desks or windowsills, adding a quiet, minimal touch of greenery.
Care & positioning
Place in low to medium light, away from direct sun. Keep fully submerged in clean, tepid water, refreshing every couple of months. Gently roll the Marimo between your hands occasionally to help maintain its natural shape.
