Heuchera ‘Lime Marmalade’ is a striking, easy-care perennial grown for its vibrant lime-green foliage, bringing a fresh hit of colour to outdoor spaces. Its softly ruffled leaves form a neat, low mound, making it ideal for pots, window boxes or the front of a border.
This variety works particularly well in urban gardens, where its bright tones lift shaded corners and contrast beautifully with darker foliage or terracotta pots. In summer, delicate stems of small, airy flowers appear above the leaves, adding a subtle extra layer of interest.
Care & positioning
Place outdoors in sun or partial shade. Water regularly, keeping the compost lightly moist but not waterlogged. Remove spent flowers to keep plants looking their best and encourage fresh growth.
Good to know
Semi-evergreen and hardy in the UK. Trim back tired leaves in early spring to refresh the plant.
