Hedera helix 'Erecta'

Hedera helix 'Erecta' is an unusual upright-growing form of English Ivy, prized for its dense, bushy habit and distinctive architectural shape. Unlike traditional trailing ivies, this compact evergreen shrub grows vertically, producing a neat mound of rich green foliage that provides year-round structure and interest.

Perfect for containers, patios, balconies and garden borders, Hedera helix 'Erecta' is exceptionally hardy and easy to grow. Its compact growth habit makes it an excellent choice for smaller gardens and outdoor spaces where a traditional climbing ivy would be unsuitable.

Thriving in full sun, partial shade or full shade, this versatile evergreen requires very little maintenance once established. Water regularly during its first growing season and during prolonged dry spells. Feed with a balanced fertiliser in spring to encourage healthy new growth.
