Epipremnum aureum
Golden Pothos
🚚 Free UK shipping on orders over £50 🪴
Golden Pothos (Epipremnum aureum), also known as Devil’s Ivy, is one of the easiest and most rewarding houseplants to grow. Loved for its trailing vines and marbled green-and-gold leaves, it’s an ideal choice for adding lush greenery to shelves, hanging planters or high surfaces.
A native of Polynesia and now found across tropical rainforests worldwide, this fast-growing indoor plant is a natural air purifier that thrives with minimal care. It can be left to trail beautifully or trained to climb a moss or coir pole for added height and structure.
Light: Bright, indirect light is ideal, but it will tolerate low light.
Water: Allow the top few centimetres of soil to dry before watering again.
Feeding: Use a balanced houseplant fertiliser every 4–6 weeks during spring and summer.
Nursery Pot Size: 12cm
Length: Approx. 20cm

Care Instructions
Light
Prefers indirect bright light but can tolerate a shadier spot in your home where it will grow more slowly. Too much direct sunlight can result in scorched leaves.
Water
Water thoroughly, then allow the top two inches of compost to dry before rewatering. Over-watering will cause root rot. If in a shady area, water less and ensure the plant doesn't get cold.
Food
Feed every second time you water through spring and summer with a quality liquid plant food. There is no need to feed this plant in winter.
Humidity
This plant enjoys humidity. Place in a bathroom and/or mist every so often with water. Remove dust from the leaves with a damp cloth to improve photosynthesis.
