This striking Ficus Bonsai tree is a beautiful architectural houseplant that will instantly become a focal point in your home. With its sculptural form, glossy green foliage and classic bonsai styling, it brings a calm, natural elegance to shelves, side tables or desks.
Ficus Bonsai trees are among the easiest bonsai varieties to care for indoors, making them ideal for both beginners and experienced plant lovers. Place in bright, indirect light and allow the soil to partially dry between watering. During the warmer months it can be placed outdoors in a sheltered spot, but it should be protected from strong mid-day sun and brought back inside before temperatures drop.
The Ficus genus belongs to the Moraceae family and includes over 800 species of trees, shrubs and vines. Many species are commonly known as Fig trees and are valued for their resilience and attractive foliage, making them popular choices for indoor bonsai cultivation.

Care Instructions
Light
Prefers indirect bright light and will tolerate direct sunlight in the morning or evening. Ficus like to be warm, so keep away from cold draughts.
Water
Water thoroughly, then allow the top half of the compost to dry before rewatering. Over-watering will cause root rot.
Food
Feed every second time you water through spring and summer with a quality liquid plant food. There is no need to feed this plant in winter.
Humidity
This plant enjoys humidity. Mist regularly with water and remove dust from the leaves with a damp cloth to improve photosynthesis.
