Epipremnum ‘Rubicon’
Pothos
🚚 Free UK shipping on orders over £50 🪴
Epipremnum ‘Rubicon’ is a stylish, easy-care pothos with deep glossy green leaves and subtle speckled variegation that becomes more pronounced in brighter conditions. It can be grown as a trailing plant from a shelf, or trained up a support for larger leaves and a more sculptural look.
Part of the Araceae family, Epipremnum are naturally climbing vines from warm tropical regions. ‘Rubicon’ is a particularly rewarding variety because it grows quickly, looks lush year-round and suits a wide range of homes.
Care Tips:
• Light: Bright, indirect light is ideal, but it will tolerate lower light. Avoid harsh direct sun.
• Water: Allow the top few centimetres of compost to dry out between waterings. Do not let it sit in water.
• Humidity: Average household humidity is fine, but it will thrive with a little extra warmth and humidity.
• Feed: Use a balanced liquid fertiliser monthly in spring and summer.
• Note: Like other pothos, it is toxic if ingested, so keep out of reach of pets and children.

Care Instructions
Light
Prefers indirect bright light and will tolerate direct sunlight in the morning or evening. Too much direct sunlight can result in scorched leaves.
Water
Water thoroughly, then allow the top half of the compost to dry before rewatering. Over-watering will cause root rot.
Food
Feed every second time you water through spring and summer with a quality liquid plant food. There is no need to feed this plant in winter.
Humidity
This plant enjoys humidity. Place in a bathroom and/or mist regularly with water. Remove dust from the leaves with a damp cloth to improve photosynthesis.
