Dracaena ‘Janet Craig' (180cm)
Dragon Tree
Dracaena ‘Janet Craig’ is a timeless classic among indoor plants and one of the best choices for creating height and impact in the home. This impressive 180cm tall specimen forms a striking architectural floor plant, with glossy, deep green leaves that emerge in elegant layers from sturdy upright stems.
Exceptionally tough, reliable and low maintenance, Dracaena ‘Janet Craig’ thrives in a wide range of indoor environments and is particularly valued for its ability to tolerate lower light conditions. It’s an ideal choice for living rooms, hallways, offices and corners that need a dramatic yet easy-care statement plant.
Native to tropical regions of Southeast Asia and Madagascar, Dracaena species belong to the Asparagaceae family and are known for their resilience and longevity indoors. Their structured growth habit and glossy foliage bring a calm, contemporary feel to interiors while requiring minimal attention.
Allow the compost to dry slightly between waterings and avoid overwatering. Dracaenas are naturally drought tolerant and prefer bright, indirect light but will happily adapt to shadier positions.
This extra large Dracaena ‘Janet Craig’ makes a superb focal point and works beautifully in a generous decorative planter to elevate the look of any room.

Care Instructions
Light
Prefers indirect bright light but will tolerate shadier areas in your home - as long as you don't overwater!
Water
Water thoroughly, then allow the compost to dry completely before rewatering. Over-watering will cause root rot.
Food
Feed every second time you water through spring and summer with a quality liquid plant food. There is no need to feed this plant in winter.
Humidity
This plant enjoys a decent level of humidity. Mist regularly with water and remove dust from the leaves with a damp cloth to improve photosynthesis.
