Jade Plant
🚚 Free UK shipping on orders over £50 🪴
Crassula ovata 'Hobbit', commonly known as the Hobbit Jade Plant, is a distinctive succulent with unusual tubular leaves that curl inwards to form spoon-like tips. Its quirky appearance is said to have inspired its name, referencing the famous characters from J.R.R. Tolkien's novels.
Over time, this easy-care succulent develops a thick trunk and branching structure, giving it the appearance of a miniature tree. Mature specimens can take on an almost bonsai-like form, making them a striking addition to sunny windowsills, shelves and home offices.
Like other Jade Plants, Crassula 'Hobbit' stores water in its fleshy leaves and stems, making it exceptionally drought tolerant and ideal for beginners or anyone looking for a low-maintenance houseplant.
Light: Bright light to direct sun. A sunny windowsill is ideal.
Water: Allow the compost to dry almost completely between waterings. Water sparingly during winter.
Care: Feed monthly during spring and summer with a cactus or succulent fertiliser. Avoid leaving the plant sitting in water.

Height: Approx. 30cm
