Crassula ovata (30cm pot)
Jade Plant
A substantial, established Jade Plant with a thick, woody trunk, branching stems and masses of glossy, fleshy leaves. Unlike the small Jade Plants commonly sold as houseplants, this mature 30cm-pot specimen already has the characterful, miniature-tree shape for which the species is prized.
Also known as the Money Plant, Crassula ovata is a long-lived, slow-growing succulent native to southern Africa. Its thick leaves store water, making it exceptionally resilient and a particularly good choice for a bright room, office or anyone looking for an impressive plant without demanding care.
Position in bright, indirect light with some gentle direct sunshine. Water thoroughly, allow any excess to drain, then wait until the compost has dried out completely before watering again. Water considerably less during winter and never allow the nursery pot to stand in water.
Nursery Pot Size: 30cm
Height: 50cm
Fits Decorative Pot Size: 33cm+
