Cereus jamacaru, nicknamed the “Cuddly Cactus”, is a bold, architectural cactus with a clean columnar shape and relatively few spines — perfect for contemporary interiors and low-maintenance plant styling.
Light: Bright light to full sun (a sunny windowsill is ideal).
Water: Soak thoroughly, then allow the compost to dry out completely before watering again. Reduce watering in winter.
Soil: Use a free-draining cactus mix (add grit or perlite if needed).
Temperature: Warm rooms preferred; avoid prolonged cold and draughts.
