Calathea ‘White Fusion’ is an exceptionally rare and highly decorative houseplant, prized for its striking marbled leaves in shades of green, white, and soft lilac. The delicately frilled edges and purple undersides add beautiful contrast to any indoor plant display.
Native to the tropical rainforests of South America, the Calathea genus (also known as Goeppertia) includes some of the most recognisable foliage plants. Calathea ‘White Fusion’ is a standout variety that moves its leaves in response to light — a fascinating natural behaviour known as nastic movement.
This tropical variety thrives in bright, indirect light, with consistent moisture and higher humidity levels. It’s completely non-toxic, making it an excellent pet-friendly houseplant.

Care Instructions
Light
Position out of any direct sunight! If in a shadier spot, the plant will offer less growth and require less water.
Water
Thoroughly water, then allow the top 3 to 4cm of compost to dry before re-watering. Water less in winter when the plant is growing more slowly. Over-watering can cause root rot.
Food
Feed every second time you water through spring and summer with a quality liquid plant food. There is no need to feed this plant in winter.
Humidity
This plant enjoys humidity. Place in a bathroom and/or mist regularly with water.
