Brunnera ‘Silver Heart’ is a beautiful, shade-loving perennial grown for its striking silvery, heart-shaped leaves with delicate green veining. In spring, it produces airy sprays of small forget-me-not blue flowers, adding a soft, natural feel to outdoor spaces.
Perfect for pots, shaded courtyards and sheltered borders, it works especially well in urban gardens where light is more limited. Its luminous foliage helps brighten darker corners and pairs effortlessly with ferns and other shade-loving plants.
Care & positioning
Place outdoors in partial to full shade, avoiding strong direct sun. Keep the compost evenly moist, allowing the top layer to dry slightly between waterings. Feed lightly in spring to support fresh growth.
