Asplenium ‘Parvati’, also known as the Mother Fern, is a lush, sculptural fern with glossy, finely divided green fronds that create a soft, full shape. It has a fresh, woodland feel and works beautifully as a hanging plant, on a shelf or displayed in a decorative pot.
This variety is a hybrid fern and is generally more forgiving than many delicate ferns, making it a good choice for bringing texture and greenery into the home. The 14cm nursery pot comes with a removable hanger, so it can be styled as a hanging plant or placed directly into a decorative pot.
Place in bright, indirect light or gentle shade, away from strong direct sun. Keep the compost lightly and evenly moist, but not waterlogged, and water around the soil rather than directly into the centre of the plant. It will appreciate higher humidity, making it a lovely choice for a bright bathroom or kitchen.
