Asparagus myriocladus is a delicate, airy Asparagus Fern with fine, needle-like foliage that creates a soft, feathery texture. Its light, sculptural growth makes it ideal for adding movement and contrast to shelves, side tables or plant groupings.
Despite its common name, this plant is not a true fern but part of the Asparagaceae family, related to lilies. Native to South and East Africa, it thrives in warm indoor environments and is known for being easy to care for, making it a great choice for both new and experienced plant owners.
Care & positioning
Place in bright, indirect light or light shade. Water when the top layer of compost has dried slightly, keeping the soil lightly moist but never waterlogged. Prefers a little humidity but will adapt well to most homes.

Not pet safe. May produce small thorns on mature stems.

Care Instructions
Light
Position out of any direct sunight! If in a shadier spot, the plant will offer less growth and require less water.
Water
Thoroughly water, then allow the top 3 to 4cm of compost to dry before re-watering. Water less in winter when the plant is growing more slowly. Over-watering can cause root rot.
Food
Feed every second time you water through spring and summer with a quality liquid plant food. There is no need to feed this plant in winter.
Humidity
This plant enjoys humidity. Place in a bathroom and/or mist regularly with water.
