Adromischus maculatus

Adromischus maculatus is a charming and unusual succulent prized for its thick, fleshy leaves marked with distinctive purple-brown spots. Native to South Africa, this compact plant has a sculptural appearance that makes it a favourite among succulent collectors and lovers of unusual houseplants.

Its rounded grey-green leaves develop richer colouring in bright conditions, with the characteristic spotting becoming more pronounced as the plant matures. Compact and slow-growing, Adromischus maculatus is perfect for sunny windowsills, desks and small plant displays.

Like most succulents, it is extremely drought tolerant and requires very little maintenance. Allow the compost to dry out completely between waterings and provide plenty of light to keep the plant healthy and compact.
