Commonly grown for a burst of spring colour, these bulbs will grow well in sheltered outdoor environments like balconies and patios, or beds and borders. Early spring flowers offer bursts of royal-blue.
Prefers full sun and a sheltered spot. Water when the top inch of soil has dried out. Dead heading will prolong flowering. Lift and separate bulbs in early autumn.
