Heuchera ‘Marmalade’ is a vibrant, easy-care perennial grown for its richly coloured foliage in warm tones of amber, copper and burnt orange, with contrasting pink undersides. Its softly ruffled leaves form a neat, low mound, bringing colour and texture to outdoor spaces.
Perfect for pots, window boxes and shaded borders, it works especially well in urban gardens, where its warm tones add depth and contrast. In summer, delicate stems of small flowers rise above the foliage, adding a subtle extra layer of interest.
Care & positioning
Place outdoors in partial shade or dappled light, avoiding strong midday sun. Keep the compost evenly moist but not waterlogged. Remove spent flowers to keep plants looking their best and encourage fresh growth.
Good to know
Semi-evergreen and hardy in the UK. Trim back tired leaves in early spring to refresh the plant.
