Native to Bolivia, this unique Silver Torch Cactus has fine needles and bristles covering its stem, giving a fluffy appearance - a must for your cacti collection!
The plant loves full sun; the more sunshine the plant gets, the more likely it will bloom as it matures. Allow the soil to dry out fully before watering and feed once a month from spring to autumn. Water very sparingly in winter.

Light
This plant prefers bright conditions. Direct sunlight is beneficial to this plant, however be cautious of letting it scorch in midday summer sun.
Water
Thoroughly water the compost and allow it to dry out before re-watering. Water less in winter and allow the compost to remain drier for longer.
Food
Feed once a month through spring and summer with a quality liquid plant food. There is no need to feed this plant in the winter months.
Humidity
This plant is native to arid climates and therefore does not require any additional humidity. Do not mist this plant.
