Anthurium luxurians is a stunning and rare species prized by collectors for its deeply textured, heart-shaped leaves with a glossy, quilted surface. Native to the tropical rainforests of Colombia, it embodies luxury and tropical drama in equal measure.
This compact variety has emerging leaves that display a rich bronze tone before maturing to deep, dark green. As a member of the Araceae family, it thrives in warm, humid environments with consistent care.
Care Tips:
Prefers bright, indirect light and high humidity. Keep the soil lightly moist but never soggy – water when the top inch begins to dry. Feed monthly in spring and summer. Avoid cold draughts and low humidity for best growth.

Care Instructions
Light
Prefers indirect bright light and will tolerate direct sunlight in the morning or evening. Too much direct sunlight can result in scorched leaves.
Water
Water thoroughly, then allow the top half of the compost to dry before rewatering. Over-watering will cause root rot.
Food
Feed every second time you water through spring and summer with a quality liquid plant food. There is no need to feed this plant in winter.
Humidity
This plant enjoys humidity. Place in a bathroom and/or mist regularly with water. Remove dust from the leaves with a damp cloth to improve photosynthesis.
