grow urban. Coffee is our own house coffee, created with independent Edinburgh roaster Mr Eion Coffee Roaster and roasted locally for us in Edinburgh.
Smooth, balanced and easy to drink, it has notes of deep milk chocolate and caramel sweetness, lifted by a gentle blueberry and citrus acidity.
The Coffee
Our house coffee is made with 100% Arabica beans from Daterra Farm in Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro region.
Daterra is one of Brazil's best-known speciality coffee producers, and this coffee gives a rich, rounded cup with plenty of chocolate and caramel sweetness while retaining a little fruit and brightness.

We wanted something rich and comforting enough for everyday drinking, but with enough fruit and acidity to keep the cup interesting.
