Peperomia ‘Fire Sparks’, often nicknamed the Taco Plant, is a compact and easy-care houseplant with beautifully glossy green leaves and distinctive darker green ‘windows’ that allow light to pass through for photosynthesis. Its sculptural foliage makes it an eye-catching choice for shelves, desks and small spaces.
Peperomia are native to subtropical regions of Central and South America, with some species also found in Africa, South Asia and Oceania. The Peperomia genus belongs to the Piperaceae family, commonly known as the pepper family.
Often referred to as Radiator Plants, Peperomia thrive in warm indoor environments and are well suited to modern homes. They are also non-toxic to pets, making them a safe choice for households with cats or dogs.

Care Instructions
Light
Prefers moderate to bright, indirect light. Too much direct sunlight can result in scorched leaves.
Water
Water thoroughly, then allow most of the compost to dry out before rewatering. Overwatering will cause the roots to rot.
Food
Feed once a month through spring and summer with a quality liquid plant food. There is no need to feed this plant in the winter months.
Humidity
Lightly mist occasionally, but avoid too much water sitting on the leaves of the plant.
