Our new store is now open - Hello Stockbridge!

Why not take a wander through Edinburgh’s New Town and stop off at our brand-new plant shop and cafe at 8b St. Vincent Street? Close to Stockbridge, we are thrilled to join an already thriving community of small businesses in the area.

Some of our regulars will have noticed that over the last two years the Grove Street jungle has grown bigger and bigger with every delivery of your favourite plantae friends. We decided it was about time for more space!

Our second grow urban plant shop is situated in an incredible Georgian building tucked away at the base of St. Vincent Street, just up from the St. Stephen’s Church. Don’t worry if you get halfway down the hill and still can’t find us… keep walking towards the church and you’ll see the grow urban sign and brand-new range of outdoor plants for city gardening.

This new shop is a little bigger than our first and has four rooms filled with everything a plant enthusiast needs!

As you enter, you’ll be met by houseplant favourites alongside an array of gifts from prints and Niwaki Japanese gardening tools to our very own grow urban totes, pins and botanical goods. Continue through to the rear room and you’ll find shelves stocked full of colourful Pow Pots and shade loving houseplants.

We’ve even added a couple of extra tables so you can enjoy the jungle environment with a flat white, using our house blend by Mr Eion, and a slice of delicious cake! Next, meander through to our spectacular glasshouse filled to the brim with cacti, succulents, terrariums and more! Finally, pop into the wee potting shed which holds a range of composts, pots, seeds, feeds and Dewit gardening tools.

We pride ourselves on providing all the care information you need with every plant and our Plant Gurus are on hand, as always, with any tips and tricks you may need. We look forward to welcoming you to our new space very soon!
